This traditional amber coloured Belgian Candi Syrup has been made from authentic Belgium Caramelised beet sugars.
It will add some colour to the wort and is ideal for use in smooth and rich, light coloured Belgian styles such as Belgian Pale Ales, Strong Golden Ales and Belgian Trappist Tripels.
This amber Belgian Candi Syrup can also be used as a starting to point to produce darker Candi Syrups by simply caramelising it further on the stove.
