A classic German pilsner malt, that is a newly developed malt from an old-world style malt.

This is the perfect base to use with both Ales and Lagers.

This malt will provide sweetness but no flavour, resulting in a crisp, clean and refreshing flavour with a lovely pale straw flavour. 

This malt is recommended to be used when brewers are looking for a clean, non-biscuity flavour to the finish of the beer and is typically used in Bohemian style pilsners but it can also be used in other German Lagers as well as Belgian Beers.
