Four Tap Jockey Box Builder - Stainless Steel Cooler
The main difference with this jockey box cooler set up compared to our Aliminium cold plate is that this particular set up requires a constantĀ ice slurry. That means not just ice poured on, you need to make an ice water slurry. To help you get a fast slurry, we would suggest pouring in cold water on top of your 5kg ice bag. Adding a few handfuls of kosher salt will speed up that process (just remember to rinse after use).

Using left over gas line from the kit in 5mm ID
Refer to the KegLand Digital Carbonation Chart for level of pressure required to maintain carbonation with the kegs you are dispensing. It is important to note the ambient temperatures when dispensing. e.g. on a 22Ā°C day, with a standard Lager / Pale Ale we'd dispense at 30psi (2.4 CO2 Volumes).
