Enigma - (25g Pellet Hop)

One of HPA's (Hop Products Australia) latest hops to market is the wine line Enigma, which boasts a Pinot Gris like flavour and aroma, with hints of raspberries and redcurrant all the way through to rock melon and light tropical fruit. 

Dry hop or add her late in the brew to maximise her flavour and aroma potential.
