Whirlfloc G doesn't need to be hydrated prior to adding to the kettle. Typically Polyclar BrewbriteĀ PVPPĀ (an alternative wort clarifier) needs to be hydrated prior to adding.
Directions:
Add 0.75g per 21-25L Batch in the last 10 to 20 minutes of the boil.
1.5g of Whirlfloc G is the equivalent to 1 tablet (2.5g) of Whirlfloc T.
