Pale, straw colour malt providing sweet malt flavours, with subtle tones of honey. Ideal for Lagers, Kolsch, and light-coloured pale ales for a crisp finish with head retention.

Mallokup barley is sourced from independent, local family farms in Western Australia and then malted in their malthouse in Capel, WA. The result is locally sourced, fresh and high-quality single origin malt.
