Fermentation & Pitching Details

Extreme Temperature Flexibility: Ferments cleanly across a wide range of 16–34°C (60–94°F) with minimal off-flavours, eliminating the need for tight temperature control.
Pressure-Tolerant: Capable of fermenting under pressures up to 12 PSI, ideal for closed-system or spunding fermentations.
Flocculation: Medium to High, leading to rapid clarification post-fermentation.
Attenuation: High attenuation range of 75–83%.
Direct Pitching: Designed to be sprinkled directly onto the surface of your wort with no pre-oxygenation or rehydration required before pitching.

Calculation for Larger Batches

Use at a rate of 0.5-1g per Litre (approx. 50-100 g/hL).
